The one with the Ten On Tuesday.

Hallo meine Lieben,

I am linking up with Alyssa for some more Ten On Tuesday! I hope your week is going great!

1. I have to admit that I already miss Breaking Bad a lot. I am so sad the show is over and I guess I have to start with season 1 again at some point. I don't want to be without that show.

2. There will be a Latin American remake of Breaking Bad called "Metastasis" and the main character is called Walter Blanco. That's hilarious.

3. All the fall shows have started 2 weeks ago and I am already way behind on watching them. I don't know how this could happen but I really need some more time for books and shows and all that stuff.

4. I bought some vegan chocolate syrup made of agave nectar last week and I have to admit that I am kind of addicted. I have never thought that you can use chocolate syrup for so many things. At least that's what I do.

5. Even carrots taste great with chocolate syrup.

6. The English language can be confusing sometimes. I always mess up the difference between "lay down" and "lie down".

7. A couple of days ago I made some really awesome pasta with chili, vegan cheese, coconut milk, chick peas and so many other things...I wish I would remember what ingredients I exactly used because I want to cook that again. I am pretty bad at following recipes. I just never do it.

8. My cat Tiger enjoys to sleep on my lap while I balance the laptop on him. He does not care as long as I don't move my legs. Very comfortable.

9. I think I have mentioned it before but you can never have to many bookshelves. I need something like this.

10. You can still sign up for the Booktober Swap. It will be lots of fun!

    1. I love Breaking Bad so much! One of the best shows ever! It is really hard to keep up with all the shows I would like to so I concentrate on the crime ones. :)

  4. Hej! Well, I usually never follow recipes when cooking (but I normally do, when baking, as the right measurements are important, although I usually use less sugar or I add cinnamon or vanilla to try a different taste) But your pasta sounds really yummy, I just discovered chickpeas for me, and they are so delicious, the can be used for a lot of dishes.

    Have a lovely week! Franziska

    1. You are right about the baking. I don't follow the recipes most times and then things go wrong. :) But yeah, it is so much more fun to cook without recipes. :) I always change the ones I find.
Chickpeas are so good, definitely my favorites. I ate them in A Moroccan restaurant for the first them when I was maybe 12 and I am hooked since then!
      Have a fantastic week!

    3. There's just not enough time in the day for all my entertainment!
    5. Say WHAT?
    6. Haha. Even us english-speakers screw that up.
    8. I'm picturing that and it sure does look funny!
    9. Don't we all. Don't. We. All.

Thank you so much for linking up, doll!

  8. I'm behind on my TV too.... now that I'm reading more again I'm struggling to find time for both - and TV is losing! Which is probably a good thing. Also I am in LOVE with those bookcases. I wish I could have that many - though I probably already have enough books to fill them up!!

    1. Yeah, it is really hard to keep up with everything. My days need at least 4 more hours to have more time to read and watch the shows!
I wish I could have that many bookshelves too. I want my own library! In a castle!

  9. I am all over those bookshelves as well - it's very Beauty and the Beast-ish

  10. Haha, I am trying to imagine carrots with chocolate.

I have actually stopped watching all shows, basically with study and money I stopped my TV subscription so I can't watch them anyway! The only think I miss is Colbert Report and The Daily Show actually :)

    1. It really tastes pretty good. I never expected that.

Oh yes, I like to watch Colbert and Daily Show too! I am mainly catching up with my crime shows right now.

  11. I can't believe Breaking Bad is over...but the ending finishes smoothly by including everyone in the cast compared to the Dexter finale.

I just saw that article about the Latin America remake - they were about to call their wife, "Skye" as "Cielo" which means "sky" in Spanish.

    Have a great Tuesday!

    1. The ending was pretty awesome but I am so sad it is over and I have to watch it again. I stopped watching Dexter at some point but I guess it wasn't that great anymore.

It seems like it would have been easier to just use Spanish subtitles on the original show. :)

      Have a great week!

  15. Don't feel bad about #6, I'm a native English speaker and I mess this one up all of the time too :)

  16. #6 - I think everyone's confuse about that, at least it seems to me

#9 - I really like books to be reachable without a ladder, although it could be fun searching for a book up on a ladder

    have a great day.

#9 - I really love those ladders because they remind me of an old library. And I would love to have something like that in my house!

  17. Hahaha! I didn't know they were doing a Latin American version of Breaking Bad! I really do miss the show already, too :/. I'm not sure I'm 100% happy with its ending; not that it was bad or anything, but I didn't want Walt to die, hehe.

Lay and lie are such bitches, haha!

And ew, ew! Carrots and chocolate syrup? Nooo, hahaha!

    1. Yeah, I am sure the Latin American version is pretty hilarious! I really miss Breaking Bad. I am sure I will start to watch season 1 again soon! I expected Walt to die and I am glad that Jesse got away! :)

      They really are bitches! :)

You should give carrots and chocolate syrup a try! :) Hehe. <3
